House Rules – Cosy Apartments

Dear Guest, please follow these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 15:00, Check-out until 11:00. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside the apartment. You may smoke only on the terrace with the doors closed. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. Security: Always arm the alarm system when leaving and use the safe for your valuables. The electric awning is equipped with a wind sensor, but please retract it every time you leave the apartment and upon check-out. Air Conditioning: Use AC only with doors and windows closed, and turn it off when you are out. Parties: No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Police Registration: According to Spanish law, all guests must complete the online registration (Chekin.io) before arrival.
