Cancellation policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival (until 15:00 local time). In this case, a full refund will be issued. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged, and no refund will be provided. In case of an early departure, the cost of unused nights is non-refundable.
