Booking & Payment: The reservation becomes final and guaranteed only after the receipt of the full payment or the agreed deposit. Liability for Damages: The guest is fully financially responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately. Occupancy: The apartment may only be occupied by the registered guests. Hosting unregistered visitors is strictly prohibited. Breach of Contract: The host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without any refund if guests severely violate the House Rules. Force Majeure: The host cannot be held liable for inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond their control. Security Deposit: A €300 security deposit hold (pre-authorization) on the guest's credit card is required. Upon a damage-free check-out, compliance with the House Rules, and the mandatory retraction of the electric awning, this hold will be automatically released.
